Bringing science to the body, transforming movement.

Physical Architect scientifically evaluates posture and physical function, using motion capture and AI motion analysis to visualize and analyze movement. By objectively capturing how the body moves from a biomechanical perspective, we design personalized, science-based training programs based on that data — first aligning the body and building the foundation to move correctly, while supporting health and fitness from your 40s and 50s onward.

Scientific assessment of the body

We evaluate posture, physical function, and movement patterns from multiple angles — capturing the body's condition as data, rather than relying on feel alone.

Visualizing movement

Using motion capture and AI motion analysis, we analyze movements such as posture, gait, and squats — visualizing subtle movements that are difficult to catch with the naked eye.

Movement analysis through biomechanics

We analyze joint movement, range of motion, left-right asymmetry, and compensatory movement patterns from a biomechanical perspective, objectively assessing how the body is being used.

Data-driven training

Based on data gathered from movement analysis and functional assessments, we design training programs tailored to each individual's physical condition and goals.

Align first, then strengthen.

Rather than applying load right away, we first work on mobility, activation, and the kinetic chain to build a body that moves correctly — and only then move on to training.

Building a stronger body from your 40s

Taking into account the physical changes that come with age, we provide science-based support for health and exercise habits from your 40s and 50s onward — aiming for a body that can keep moving, without strain, for years to come.
