Personal Conditioning
(One-on-one session)
We carefully evaluate posture, joint alignment, muscle balance, and movement patterns to scientifically analyze physical function. Using motion capture and AI motion analysis, we visualize how the body moves and capture each individual's physical function as data. We also incorporate movement analysis through biomechanics to objectively assess movement characteristics and how the body is used. These analysis results are then reflected in data-driven training, guiding you toward a body that can move correctly.
For those with concerns like these
- Poor shoulder blade positioning (rounded shoulders, hunched back)
- Anterior/posterior pelvic tilt and left-right asymmetry
- Limited mobility in the hips and thoracic spine
- Weakness in the glutes and abdominal muscles
- Overtightness in the hamstrings and lower back
Rather than offering just temporary relief, we restore proper muscle function and help joints move along their natural pathways. This addresses issues like shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, and chronic fatigue at their root cause.

Conditioning→Training
Once "improving mobility" and "activating weakened muscles" are complete, we move on to training that strengthens the correct kinetic chain.

Personal Training
A Program Designed for Your 40s
Based on posture assessment and movement analysis, we align the skeletal structure while performing "activation" to help weakened, underused muscles work correctly again. Using motion capture-based movement analysis and AI motion analysis to visualize movement and physical function, we objectively identify where movement limitations or compensations exist. After restoring mobility in joints such as the thoracic spine and hips, we incorporate movement analysis through biomechanics to rebuild the correct kinetic chain. Based on this assessment data, we combine data-driven training with scientific training methods to efficiently work toward a body that can move correctly.
Muscle groups we focus on
- Gluteus Maximus
- Deep core muscles (transverse abdominis, multifidus)
- Gluteus Medius
- Lower trapezius, serratus anterior, etc.
"Before you strengthen, get the muscles you're meant to use working properly."
- Prevention and relief of shoulder stiffness and lower back pain
- A stable posture and a beautiful standing form
- Boosted metabolism (through more efficient muscle use)
- Building a body that tires less easily and moves more freely
This is a highly specialized program that addresses, at its root, the "decline in weakened muscle function" — the very reason bodies in their 40s become resistant to change.
